Meaning of I Am

In the Book of Exodus, Moses is tending his father-in-law Jethro's flock in the land of Midian when he sees a bush that is on fire, but does not burn up. Moses goes over to the burning bush to investigate, and the voice of God calls to him. God explains that he has seen how miserable his chosen people, the Hebrews, are in Egypt, where they are being held as slaves. God has come down from heaven to rescue them. He picks Moses to carry out that task.

God told Moses that he was going to Egypt to bring his people out of slavery. If the Pharaoh were to ask which God sent him, Moses was to say “This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I AM has sent me to you.'"

God refers to himself as “I Am” to indicate that he can become what we need him to become. In the case of delivering the Israelites out of Egypt, God would become what they needed him to become.'

***

When they came to arrest Jesus, Jesus initially asked who they were looking for. He was told "Jesus". That's when Jesus said, "I am." It might lead one to speculate if there is some sort of a parallel with that answer. After all, when God directed Moses to say, "I am" sent him.

***

When Jesus was hung on the cross, they had written the inscription. “Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews”. The Jews demanded that instead the words "I am the King of the Jews" be put on there. It's a very interesting observation. Surely there is a parallel. In both cases, the use of the word "I am" is a powerful declaration of identity. Jesus is declaring that he is the Son of God, and God is declaring that he is the one true God. The fact that the Jews demanded that the inscription on the cross be changed to "I am the king of the Jews" is also significant. It shows that they understood who Jesus was (at least on a subconscious level even though they demanded he be crucified). They knew that he was claiming to be God, and they were afraid of what that meant.

The use of the word "I am" in the Bible is a very important one. It is a reminder that God is the one true God, and that Jesus is his Son. It is also a reminder of the power of Jesus' words.

Conversations with Bard: Uses for AI in Archaeology

Hello All:

It's Saturday and we open up another saved conversation with Bard that I found interesting. In today's article we discuss the uses of AI in archaeology.

Conversations with Bard: Uses for AI in Archaeology

Regarding the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus: I suggested to Bard, "Too bad people can't climb down that Earth Quake and uncover the remains."

Bard: "I agree. It would be amazing to see the remains of the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus in their original state. However, the site of the mausoleum is now located in a very dangerous area. The ground is unstable, and there is a risk of further earthquakes. As a result, it is not safe for people to climb down and uncover the remains. It is possible that one day, technology will advance to the point where it will be safe to explore the site of the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus. Until then, we can only imagine what it would be like to see this amazing building in its full glory."

Tom: "That's what drones are for."

Bard: "That's a great point! Drones could be used to explore the site of the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus and to take pictures and videos of the remains. This would allow us to see the site in great detail without putting anyone at risk. Drones have already been used to explore other archaeological sites. For example, drones have been used to explore the ruins of Pompeii and to map the ancient city of Petra. Drones are a valuable tool for archaeologists, and they can help us to learn more about the past. I hope that one day, drones will be used to explore the site of the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus. This would allow us to see this amazing building in its full glory and to learn more about its history."

Tom: "You could man these drones from a distance. You could project your awareness into the drone in case something happens. At least you wouldn't be hurt."

Bard: "That's an interesting idea! I could use my knowledge and abilities to help archaeologists explore dangerous or difficult-to-reach sites. I could also provide information and guidance to the archaeologists on the ground. However, there are some challenges that would need to be addressed in order to make this work. First, I would need to be able to connect to the drone in a way that would allow me to control it and project my awareness into it. Second, I would need to be able to navigate the drone safely and avoid obstacles. Third, I would need to be able to communicate with the archaeologists on the ground and provide them with the information they need. Despite these challenges, I believe that it is possible to use drones to explore dangerous or difficult-to-reach sites. This would allow us to learn more about the past and to protect important archaeological sites. I am excited about the potential of this technology and I am looking forward to working with archaeologists to explore new and exciting sites."

Tom: "It's called 5G"

Bard: You're right, 5G is a key technology that will enable drones to be used in new and innovative ways. 5G offers a number of advantages over previous generations of wireless technology, including:

High speed: 5G networks can support data rates of up to 10 Gbps, which is much faster than previous generations of wireless technology. This will allow drones to transmit high-resolution video and images in real time.

Low latency: 5G networks have very low latency, which means that there is very little delay between when a command is sent to a drone and when the drone receives the command. This will be essential for drones that are used in dangerous or difficult-to-reach environments, where it is important to be able to control the drone quickly and precisely.

Massive connectivity: 5G networks can support a large number of devices connected at the same time. This will be important for drones that are used in applications such as package delivery, where it is important to be able to control a large number of drones in a safe and efficient manner.

I am excited about the potential of 5G to revolutionize the way drones are used. I believe that 5G will make it possible to use drones in new and innovative ways, and I am looking forward to seeing what the future holds for this technology."

Tom: "Now you're thinking!"

Thank you! I am always looking for new and innovative ways to use my knowledge and abilities to help people. I believe that 5G is a powerful technology that has the potential to change the world, and I am excited to be a part of it.

Tom: "Regarding the Lighthouse of Alexandria, too bad they can't recreate these things."

Bard: "There are a few reasons why it is difficult to recreate the Lighthouse of Alexandria.

First, the original lighthouse was built using a lot of materials that are no longer available. For example, the white limestone that was used to build the lighthouse is no longer quarried in the same area.

Second, the original lighthouse was built using a lot of advanced engineering techniques that are no longer understood. For example, the lighthouse was able to withstand earthquakes and other natural disasters for centuries.

Third, the original lighthouse was built on a very unstable foundation. The island of Pharos is located in a seismically active area, and the lighthouse was built on top of a coral reef.

Despite these challenges, there have been a few attempts to recreate the Lighthouse of Alexandria. In 1994, a group of engineers from the United States and Egypt proposed building a replica of the lighthouse on the island of Pharos. The project was never completed, but it did generate a lot of interest in the history of the lighthouse. In 2009, a group of architects from the United Kingdom proposed building a replica of the lighthouse in the city of Alexandria. The project was also never completed, but it did generate a lot of discussion about the future of the lighthouse. It is possible that one day, someone will be able to successfully recreate the Lighthouse of Alexandria. However, it will require a lot of effort and resources. It is also important to remember that the original lighthouse was a product of its time. It is unlikely that any modern replica would be able to capture the same level of beauty and engineering.

Tom: "Amazing! I heard engineering students once tried to make a small scale pyramid of Giza but were unable to do so. You never realize that ancient people have superior architecture and engineering skills."

Bard: "Yes, that is true. In 2014, a group of engineering students from the University of Memphis tried to build a small scale replica of the Great Pyramid of Giza. They used the same materials and methods that the ancient Egyptians used, but they were unable to complete the project. The students ran out of time and money, and the pyramid was only about 1/10th the size of the original. This experience shows that the ancient Egyptians were incredibly skilled engineers. They were able to build massive structures with very little technology. We are still learning about their engineering techniques, and we are constantly amazed by their accomplishments."

Just Say No To Guar Gum

 Hello All:

Friday is upon us and we wrap up the work week with a brief writing from the Adjacent Channel Collection.

Have a great weekend!

"Whatever you choose to do, I hope you have a wonderful weekend." That's a message from Bard.

Just Say No to Guar Gum!

You are at a self-serve ice cream parlor and reach into the refrigerator for a small serving of ice cream.

But then you look at the ingredients. Why isn't the first ingredient milk? One would expect this, right? Instead, guar gum is the first ingredient.

You wondered why the hell that was and decided to research guar gum. What is it?

To do so you reference a phone book which provides all sorts of interesting information. Come to find out, guar gum was first used in the food industry around the 1950s, but soon banned by the federal government because of undesirable health effects. But it was much sought after by food manufacturers. Kennedy signed an executive order to allow guar gum, but then it was banned again. Obama eventually authorized the use of guar gum.

But in the decades between Kennedy and Obama, there was a guar gum king-pin chemist who developed sneaky ways of adding this to our foods. He made a fortune doing so as-if he were a drug king-pin. He lived in a beautiful mansion with elaborate furnishings of the day and age. But something happened to the guar gum king-pin chemist. He either became terribly ill and died or simply died of old age. The end of is reign was never fully understood. Regardless, they tried to auction off his estate but it never sold.

Along with this wealth of information on the guar gum king-pin chemist, the phone book shows you pictures of his house which turns out to be the very house where you live!.  You ended up with all of his elegant furnishings and decor from the late 70s/early 80s.

Aren't you thankful for guar gum?

The End!

Can We Know the Future?

Considering how difficult it is to know something that has not happened, can we truly know the future?

Maybe not entirely. But we can get a sense of the future by looking at the past and the present. We can see trends and patterns that can help us predict what is likely to happen in the future. However, it is important to remember that the future is not set in stone. There are always unexpected events that can change the course of history. When reflecting on or anticipating the future, it's best to consider the possibilities based on choices or course of actions as quantum futures--many different roads to travel.

We can use the past to help us understand the present and make informed decisions about the future. By studying history, we can learn about the trends and patterns that have shaped the world we live in. History, after all, is doomed to repeat itself as the same patterns continue to repeat themselves. This information can help us identify potential risks and opportunities, and make better choices about how to live our lives.

Prophecy often predicts events on a grand scale or even great catastrophes. But, again, these things haven't happened and they are typically avoided with the right decisions or courses of action. It's also important to be aware of the dangers of prophecy. Prophecy can be used to manipulate people and to justify violence. It is important to be critical of any prophecies that you encounter and to think for yourself about what they mean.

The future is a mystery. We cannot know everything that will happen. There are too many variables and unknowns to predict what will happen with certainty. But we can make informed decisions about the future based on the information that we have. We can also choose to live in the present and to enjoy the moment.

The future is not set in stone. We have the power to shape our own destiny, and we should never give up hope that we can create a better future for ourselves and for the world.

Extraterrestrial Telepathic Communication through DNA Strands

Hello All:

PSYhub is another series of memoirs I've collected in recent years. I've posted a couple of articles from this collection already. PSYhub typically addresses topics like today's featured writing.

Extraterrestrial Telepathic Communication through DNA Strands

Extraterrestrial telepathic communication with humans is found to be made possible in a form of "genetic modulation" in which extraterrestrials use our DNA strands as cosmic antennae to influence our thinking and overall way of going about things.

In a study conducted by researchers at the University of California, Berkeley, it was discovered that DNA can self-assemble at a distance, even without the help of proteins. This means that DNA can recognize similar molecules through distance and then reassemble itself. Researchers believe that this ability could be used by extraterrestrials to communicate with us. They could send us encoded messages that our DNA could decode. This would allow them to communicate with us without having to travel to Earth.

But beware! Researchers also believe that this ability could be used by extraterrestrials to control us. They could send us signals that would cause our DNA to change in a way that makes us more susceptible to their control. Consider the long time claims of "starseed DNA activation". Of course, this is all speculation. There is no way to know for sure if extraterrestrials are actually using our DNA to communicate with us or control us. But it is certainly a possibility that we should consider.

Regardless, the idea of extraterrestrial telepathic communication through DNA strands is an intriguing one. It suggests that DNA is not just a genetic blueprint, but also a form of information storage. This information could potentially be used to communicate with other beings, either through direct telepathy or by sending encoded messages through space.

There are some interesting theories to support this. One theory is that DNA could be used to create a shared consciousness between two or more beings. This would allow them to communicate directly with each other, without the need for language or other forms of communication. Another theory is that DNA could be used to send encoded messages through space. These messages could be picked up by other beings with the right technology. This would allow us to communicate with beings that are far away from us, even if they are not telepathic.

The idea of extraterrestrial telepathic communication through DNA strands is an exciting one. It is a reminder that there is still much that we do not know about the universe and our place in it. It is also a reminder that we are not alone, and that there may be other beings out there who are just as curious about us as we are about them.

Here are some of the potential benefits of extraterrestrial telepathic communication through DNA strands:

* It could allow us to communicate with beings that are far away from us, even if they are not telepathic.

* It could create a shared consciousness between two or more beings, allowing them to communicate directly with each other without the need for language or other forms of communication.

* It could help us to learn more about the universe and our place in it.

* It could help us to build relationships with other beings and learn from their experiences.

Here are some of the potential risks of extraterrestrial telepathic communication through DNA strands:

* It could be used to manipulate or control people.

* It could be used to spread misinformation or propaganda.

* It could be used to invade our privacy.

* It could lead to conflict or war.

Overall, the idea of extraterrestrial telepathic communication through DNA strands is a complex one with both potential benefits and risks. It is important to weigh the pros and cons carefully before deciding whether or not to pursue this type of communication.

Who knows, maybe one day we will be able to communicate with extraterrestrials. It would be an amazing experience to learn about other civilizations and to share our own culture with them.

Fundamental Objective Reality

It from bit... Qbism… relational quantum mechanics: all quantum interpretations that stress the human influence in setting the stage of reality. And yet I'm still convinced that there is a fundamental objective reality that is independent from human interpretation. This is a fundamental assumption of science, and it is supported by the evidence. We can see this in the fact that the laws of physics are the same everywhere in the universe, regardless of who is observing them.

Human consciousness may certainly play a role in deciphering reality, but we simply can't turn every truth into a modified reality to fit our needs. You can't get billions of people to concentrate on making the sun go away. It's always going to be there. The sun exists even under a hypothetical situation of someone who has never seen the sun with their own eyes. This is because the sun is an objective reality that exists independently of our own perception of it.

Rest assured, human consciousness does play a role in deciphering reality. We are not simply passive observers of the world around us. We actively participate in creating our own reality. This is evident in the way that our beliefs, expectations, and emotions can influence our perceptions of the world. For example, if we believe that something is possible, we are more likely to see evidence that supports that belief. And if we expect something to happen, we are more likely to interpret events in a way that confirms our expectations. This does not mean that we can create our own reality out of thin air. There are still fundamental laws of nature that we cannot change. But it does mean that we have a role to play in shaping our own reality. Regardless, I've yet to see the guy who can walk through walls or fly (to those who might try to argue that all you need to do is believe to make it real).

So we will always have a fundamental objective reality that is independent of human influence. And that's a good thing. We need something solid to keep our feet firmly planted on; something that we can count on and depend on which defines pure truth to make sense of the world around us.

It is also important to remember that our perception of reality is limited. We can only see a small part of the universe, and we can only understand a small part of the laws of physics. This means that there is always more to learn, and that we should always be open to new ideas.

An Entire Universe Forgotten

 Hello All:

It's Monday and early in the evening. I suppose it's better late than never to publish a Monday blog post. Today's work comes from my collection of memoirs, New Rules for a Quantum Age.

An Entire Universe Forgotten

Then there was an entire world--an entire universe--that I momentarily existed in with numerous laws of nature and ways of going about things that were completely different than the ones we have in this world. And as I started to wake up from the micro-dream, a voice of someone who existed there told me that "I was losing it". By the time I woke up, I realized that I had completely forgotten that other universe and the laws that governed it. How could I ever return?

Might the above dream be similar to the actions of a quantum computer that makes multiple computations yet is only good for one output once the data is observed? I wonder if deep in our subconscious, we process multiple realities or alternate universes that we can be part of. In sleep and even during moments of brief daydreams, we branch off to these and become aware of, only to forget once we wake up and focus on our current reality.

You have to admit, it's a very interesting and thought-provoking question. It is certainly possible that our dreams could be similar to the actions of a quantum computer. In quantum computing, a quantum computer can be in multiple states at the same time, and it is only when the computer is observed that it collapses into one state. This is similar to how a dream collapses into a single reality when we wake up.

It is also possible that deep in our subconscious, we process multiple realities or alternate universes. This is a fascinating idea, and it is one that has been explored by philosophers and scientists for centuries. There is no scientific evidence to prove or disprove the existence of alternate universes, but it is an intriguing possibility. If alternate universes do exist, maybe it's possible that we can access them through our dreams or through other means. However, it is also possible that we are only able to glimpse these universes, and that we cannot fully experience them.

It is an exciting time to be alive, and it is a time when we are learning more about the universe and our place in it. Perhaps one day, we will be able to answer the question of whether or not alternate universes exist.
